1. Right of Withdrawal

Customers purchasing from the Studio General online store have the right to withdraw from their purchase without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the product.

2. Returning the Product

After notifying us of your withdrawal, the product must be returned within 14 days.

Returned products should:

• be in undamaged condition;
• preferably be returned in their original packaging;
• include all accessories, manuals and supplied items.

Customers may inspect and test the product only to the extent that would be possible in a physical retail store. Any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary may be deducted from the refund.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

If the product is defective or shipped in error, please contact us before returning it. In such cases, Studio General will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once the withdrawal has been accepted, Studio General will refund all payments received, including the standard delivery charges, within 14 days.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or until proof of return shipment has been provided.

5. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to, among others:

• custom-made or personalized products;
• sealed goods that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
• unsealed audio, video or software products;
• any other products exempt under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Please note that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies only to consumers. Business customers, legal entities, and sole traders purchasing goods for business or professional purposes are not entitled to this right of return unless Studio General expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
